
Kathmandu Vidhyalaya students recently had a unique opportunity to learn about the importance of law on Nepal’s National Day of Law. Thanks to the dedication of their teacher, Yogendra Kalel, and the use of digital platforms, the students were able to explore the world of law from the comfort of their classrooms.
On May 9th, 2023, the school organized a special virtual event to celebrate the National Day of Law. Mr. Yogendra Kalel, a passionate and experienced teacher, played a vital role in guiding the students through this educational journey. Using digital tools, he introduced them to the history of law in Nepal and explained how it impacts our society.
Through engaging presentations and interactive discussions, Mr. Kalel shed light on the significance of the Muluki Ain, Nepal’s first comprehensive legal code. He explained that laws help maintain order, protect individual rights, and ensure social harmony. The students were encouraged to actively participate by asking questions and sharing their thoughts making the sessions lively and interactive.
To make the learning experience more immersive, Mr. Kalel utilized various digital resources. He shared engaging videos, informative articles, and case studies that helped the students understand the practical applications of the law. These resources allowed the students to visualize how laws are implemented in real-life scenarios.
